What is Mochi Topping?

Mochi sweet rice cake topping is usually enjoyed as a frozen yogurt topping or even on bubble tea and shaved ice! Each mini mochi bits has a coating of potato starch to prevent them from sticking together. These are Japanese sweet rice cake topping that has been enjoyed on desserts for centuries. Refrigeration isn't necessary. We usually recommend that they are used within 24 hours of opening the bag or 3-5 days if put into airtight storage.
