The Custom Printing Process

Our team really likes custom printing and the process behind every step.  You don't need to know all the info about our process, but here it is if you're curious.  As always, a custom printing pro is happy to help you throughout the process.

Custom Printed Cup Jackets can be printed using a couple different color tools and printing options.

CMYK color is made for each specific print project and it allows for a very wide range of colors to be achieved.  Uncoated spot coloring has the ink being made prior to the design, which makes exact coloring, but limits more color options.  

Printing can be done with flexography or offset.  These use an ink printing plate, for flexography there's just one plate, but offset uses two.

We have the best quality food grade ink for all projects.  Since it's food grade, we can't make a small small variety of colors and will always have a close color option to use.
